The tech support team behind LPO Live Product Options is outstanding. Whenever I’ve had questions or issues, they’ve been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They take the time to walk you through solutions and make sure everything is working smoothly—whether it’s helping with product configuration or troubleshooting technical glitches.

What I really appreciate is their clear communication and patience. No matter how simple or complex the problem, they break it down in a way that's easy to understand. Their response time is also impressively fast, and I’ve never had to wait long for a resolution.

It’s rare to find a support team that genuinely cares about customer success, and LPO’s team definitely does. If you ever need help, you can trust they’ll go above and beyond to ensure everything is up and running perfectly.

This plugin is really terrible. The pricing is always wrong and fails to display the correct amounts. I reported this to the customer service, but they just said they couldn't reproduce the issue. This has forced me to issue constant refunds to my customers, who have accused me of being unprofessional. It’s absolutely awful, and I have no choice but to switch to another app.

The only App that could handle my productconfigurations and working perfectly with discounts.
The support is amazing and answering very quick, with a usefull help.

Live Product Option is the best personalization app on the market. We were previously stuck using an outdated theme due to certain functions not working in newer versions, but thanks to its outstanding support team, Tanmay, Michael and the rest of the team, everything now works seamlessly. Je recommande vivement cette application pour la facilité et l'intuitivité de l'app mais surtout pour le superbe support technique. J'ai eu un rendez-vous le jour-même pour une assistance. Le rendez-vous s'est fait via Google meet qui est natif sur chrome. Bref, très compétent, très à l'écoute et surtout très grande expérience de shopify. Bref, très satisfait.
