Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just dismiss you: Great, the app store is a free market, our app does not seem to be a great fit for you.
You can find the best app that meets your needs.
Merchant was sending disrespectful emails. We told them very nicely that the app is not a great fit.

Live Product Options has allowed me to bring my complex pricing structure – originally managed in Excel – directly into my product pages with full control and flexibility. It's the only app I found that could handle this level of customization.
On top of that, their support team is fast, helpful, and really knows what they're doing. Thanks to them, I’ve been able to implement everything just as I wanted.
Highly recommended if your store needs advanced product configurations!
