Do not hesitate to use this app! It's the best we have used, and we've tried the majority of the apps in the store. Not only is it the best app right out of the gate with it's functionality, but the customer support has solved every issue we've had very quickly. It's rare you come across a customer support team as helpful as this company provides. I would give it more than 5 starts If I could.

Very very useful software. The supporting documentation and introductory videos are detailed enough to follow to set up your own custom product. After I set up publishing, I found that it didn't fit my theme very well, and some displays were not very friendly and I didn't know how to solve it, so I contacted support through live chat. The replies were very, very prompt and my issues were all resolved! Now there is no problem at all.
In addition, the charge for this plug-in is quite reasonable, according to the number of orders, I like it very much.

this app has been a huge help in getting our store set up the way we need it to be! The support team was quick to respond and even updated the app to help me with the issue we were having. We tried using the similar BOLD app and it couldn't do half of what this app does, and at 4x the price. Highly recommend!

I've been testing this app for my personalized products, and everything seems to be working smoothly just as I need it to. It's pretty user friendly once you get to know the app, and the support team has been AH-mazing! I’ve been using this app for about 6 months while I’ve been setting up my store and launching. I’ve been happy with the variant options and all the choices available to use. I think the pricing structure looks pretty fair for what you get. I’ve had great support from Michael even though I’m still on the free plan. There are limitations to the support on the lower plans which is fair enough given the lower pricing structure. This means that if my variant options require further complexity, I reach out to an external developer, not part of the app development team for paid help. For anyone wanting to try this app I would definitely say it’s worth the effort to learn. Although it can be a little complex to figure out, the end result is worth it for the aesthetic way your product choices are offered. I will have no problem paying for this app when the time comes to upgrade.
