We have been using the different Live Product Apps in several shops for 4 months. With the video help and the text help, it was easy for beginners like me to take full advantage of the apps' capabilities. When I really didn't know what to do, Michael from support helped me very quickly. Thanks Michael. In Switzerland we not only have watches and chocolate, but also very good apps with Cloudlift. Carl and team have simply been sensational. I personally found the setup a little tricky as I was trying to push the limits of what this app is capable of. Handed over the setup process to Carl and the team and wow, they executed EXACTLY what I had in mind.

Please save yourself some time. Buggy app, bad support, sometimes does not charge engraving fees. Steer clear!

The app works great and the support team is very nice and helpful. The app is also great for beginners.
