This team is doing an amazing job. I have never had such a great experience with any Shopify app before. The more I use it, the more I realize the level of engineering quality that has gone into it. Their support is exceptional, especially Michael, who is always ready to jump in and solve any issues that may occur. I needed some feature that was missing from their app, and they solved it in an amazingly quick time. This is by far one of the best Shopify apps I have ever used. Give them a try, and you will not regret it!

The app is super easy to integrate and can be customised to almost any need. We use the app for all our products as we offer customisable products and can cover all scenarios very easily for both the end customer and us in the backend thanks to this app.

The support is also very fast and always solution-orientated, which allows us to overcome challenges quickly.

It was actually the uploading extension that I got, and seeing that the customization option is available, decided to try it out, the conditional logic and pricing logic is great, easy to use, their support team provides great help as well. Great potential, great app, great response time.

I think this is a great app but more importantly, my customers love using it. I would highly recommend this app. It is very powerful and great value.

I researched Apps on the Shopify store and Live Product Options was the best fit for me. It didn’t interfere with my theme or product page and it offered image upload and live preview so the customer could see the variants on offer and how they would look.

It integrated with my Shopify store perfectly and I liked that I could keep the look of my product page. Some other apps don’t offer this. It looks great on desktop but more importantly on mobile. The sticky preview is a great addition as it lets the customer view their selection while scrolling down the page on mobile.

The support is second to none. Carl was patient with all my questions and answered them perfectly.

I would dare to say that it is one of the best, if not the best, customer support and assistance. They are always willing to assist you and make the app work for what you need, and as a bonus track, they always do it quickly. It is an app full of features, very useful for different types of businesses. I've used it for 2 of my businesses since 2021 and I can affirm the app only gets better.

My experience with the Live Product Options app has been exceptional. I paid them to setup a product for me to save me some time, and it was well worth it. Carl has been very responsive and the turn around time has been awesome, especially since it was during the Holidays. When I asked for changes to the product setup they acted on them very quickly. I am switching to this app as I believe in the long run it is easier and will be more cost effective.

Carl and team have simply been sensational. I personally found the setup a little tricky as I was trying to push the limits of what this app is capable of. Handed over the setup process to Carl and the team and wow, they executed EXACTLY what I had in mind.
