LPO Live Product Options

Once I got a decent understanding of which fields the variants are pulling from, the app has been pretty amazing for my personalized jewelry collection.

Sehr gute App wenn mehr Optionen notwendig sind. Leider gibt es Probleme mit dem Preis, wenn man die gesamte Auswahl über die App anlegt z.B. Option 1, Option 2 usw...dann wird auf der Website im Shop als Produktpreis 0€ angezeigt. Hier müsste noch etwas geändert werden.

Schneller kompetenter Support. Ich habe zwar noch ein Problem, das bei kleinen Winkelmaßen die Rotation immer wieder auf O Grad zurück springt, und daher bei Schmuck keine exate Positionierung möglich ist. Mein Anliegen habe ich bereits in die Features Liste gemeldet und hoffe das es bald in ein Update kommt.

This plugin is really terrible. The pricing is always wrong and fails to display the correct amounts. I reported this to the customer service, but they just said they couldn't reproduce the issue. This has forced me to issue constant refunds to my customers, who have accused me of being unprofessional. It’s absolutely awful, and I have no choice but to switch to another app.

Sehr gute App. Ich nutze sie seit Jahren. Allerdings fehlt mir eine automatisierte Übersetzung in anderen Sprachen. Aktuelle nur manuell möglich.

Excellent support et équipe très professionnelle

Au début, j'ai trouvé l'application un peu complexe à maîtriser, mais grâce à l'aide exceptionnelle de Carl et de toute l'équipe, tout est maintenant parfaitement en place. Leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité ont fait toute la différence. Je recommande vivement Live Product Options, non seulement pour ses fonctionnalités, mais surtout pour la qualité de son support client.

Great app and outstanding tech support. I tried several apps to add a long list of product options to some of my products, but most were either difficult to use or didn’t provide the flexibility we needed. This app was easy to set up and allows pricing to automatically adjust based on the options selected.

The tech support has been excellent. Very responsive with clear communication. They even helped complete the installation by accessing the Shopify backend and updating our theme. Highly recommended.

Une application très complète pour la personnalisation. J'ai pu payer pour qu'on termine un produit que j'avais commencé et ça été très rapide. Le support en courriel est bien aussi. Ce n'est pas en ligne, il faut donc être patient un peu. Je recommande

We recently decided to switch to Live Product Options because of its ability to utilize shared assets and apply changes across multiple option sets. As our catalog grows, this flexibility will allow us to make updates and enhancements quickly without having to rebuild configurations over and over.

The team behind the app has also been extremely accommodating. Whenever we’ve had questions or asked about specific functionality, they’ve been transparent about what can and cannot be implemented and why, which we really appreciate.

Michael in particular has been very helpful. A few times when we escalated issues, he stepped in and helped resolve them quickly.

Overall, we’re very happy with both the app and the level of support we’ve received.

App works really well and their support is exceptional. Have had many questions and customisations and they are always on hand to help and provide advice wherever they can.
