This app has great potential, but there are some glitches and support is extremely slow. When they do respond, their answers have been vague and avoidant.

The app itself is solid. However, in my opinion, charging extra for exporting to SVG is a complete rip-off! This should be included in the normal subscription.
Thanks for your feedback. Our Export extension is an add-on because it requires us to run extra servers to generate the files after an order is created.
Our app is very fairly priced - just compare other apps with similar features and you can decide for yourself.
