I am thrilled with how this app works. I have tried more of them for custom variants and calculations and this is purely the best one. There are so many options for customization functionality and designs to your needs! It takes some time to learn, but everything is clearly explained and there is comprehensive documentation and video guides. In addition, Michael is very kind and helpful responds promptly to emails, and is happy to help.

I must say- this is the BEST personalization app out there. I first reviewed a total of eight (8) other apps, and then installed but deleted three (3) others that were just too hard to figure out, before settling on this one!! This app was pretty much really easy to setup myself, and I am not the best at this, after only having my shop for about a year. The others I deleted were too complex, and I couldn't get help for their support fast enough to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes and losing money. Michael usually responds within a few hours- (we're in NY- he's in Europe). There was one issue where we had a Buy x Get Y 50% off coupon and the app was discounting every applicable item at first- as it was not configured for complex discounts on multiple items (only one in a BOGO setup) in "Draft order" mode. Please note- this was an issue because we charge for personalizations, and would not have been noticed if our personalizations were free. That issue was temporarily resolved by disabling "Draft order" mode, but it then created a minimal product total which upped the product count ( this could be confusing as the price was still accurate). Michael- went in and made a fix that corrected the issue throughout the app. Therefore these complex discounts- even automatic ones- now process seamlessly in Draft Order mode, with proper cart and checkout calculations/ discounts. We really appreciate all their help in allowing us to add this app to our site in a way that meets all our needs. Let me tell you, I've gone through (almost) all the product options apps in Shopify, and this one is the best by far. I almost didn't use their app because a couple weeks ago they didn't have the price add-on feature. But Michael told me they were working on it and it would be added soon. I didn't think much of it because really feature add-ons can sometimes take days or years to implement. But he emailed a couple weeks later that it was added, and lo and behold it was! So I started switching over from the other app I was using and was so happy with how well this app was built. They are super helpful with any issues, and willing to hear feedback and requests. Thank you so much for creating an amazing product!

The developers improved, yes, IMPROVED, their app by adding a feature I needed for my store. In just two weeks they have implemented it and notified me about it. If that is not enough, here are a few more reasons why you should install this app: 1. it does not add custom code to your theme so it's super safe to use 2. it has a beautiful UI that makes learning the app a breeze. It has super useful video tutorials and their customer service is super fast to reply in case you need help 3. it just works. You set it up and it works flawlessly, it integrates perfectly with my theme even though mine is highly customized I am mind blown. This app has absolutely crushed the competition. I have explored virtually every product option app for Shopify and this one is the best. Very robust fields available. Beautifully integrates into themes UI. Some killer new beta feature that you won't find on other apps like Dimensions and price formulas. Support is excellent and has been very responsive and helpful with my millions of questions. Highly recommend this app for any stores with large option sets or complex product configurations.

Overall the app is really really good.
Fits what my product needs with the abilities to customize and preview. The dashboard is really beautiful and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Much better than alot of apps I tried.. It is quite neccesary for merchants that customize in this way to be able to create variants that connect/generate SKU's as producing these designs requires really good tracking while the order list is being made. If you manage to create that this app will be a hugeeee success. There are no apps doing that in it's critical. Let me know if you are working on that I would be glad to help beta test it on my store.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! it's a bit complicated but with practice and familiarization I'm sure the process will go more smoothly in the future. Support was also absolutely excellent and extremely quick. Can't recommend this enough!
