Create custom pricing with add-ons, price formulas, and tiered discounts. Preview options live on the product page, and show image uploads and text inputs on the product image. This app is difficult to set up. The price does not update in the cart and even after reading the documentation and watching videos, I still had trouble using it. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
Our app is one of the simplest product options app to setup. The live preview can be more complex as it's very powerful. We saw you've reached out to our support but failed to provide a link to your store so that we can help you out. Prices not updating is most likely a theme issue that we are always available to fix for our merchants.
Been trialing a couple of different apps but this one seems to tick all the boxes. Easy interface, lots of personalization options and great support. In everyone's budget allowing you to crawl before you can then walk and run.
A fantastic app! It's easy to use and offers a variety of customisation options. And the best part? The customer support is phenomenal! Prompt responses and always willing to help with any query big or small. I've reached out on numerous occasions and my queries have always been quickly resolved by the team. After trialling several similar apps, this is the best by far. Highly recommend!
