Before I even installed the app the customer service from the team was incredible! They assisted in providing full details and exploring the best result for our website. Once installed it's been a seamless integration and improved user experience instantly. Highly recommend!

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. I checked our inboxes, and found one email on Jan 11, 2021 which was responded on the same day however we didn't hear back on the response. After that, we are in receipt of 2 email today. One is through Shopify and another one from the app portal, which are also responded.
Requesting you to please your mailbox including SPAM folder, as mails through Shopify land into SPAM may times.
Rest assured, we try our best to ressolve any query or problems you have.
Absolutely love this app - unbelievably simple to set up and massively improves the search experience. Am sure it will help my customers to find all sorts of things they didn't know they wanted :) Great support too - a really top app thanks Graham & team.

Been a long time customer for about 3 years now, and their service and filter has always above and beyond any other on the market. Their premium subscription is worth it for anyone serious with good traffic.
