I can't say enough good things about this app and the support. Every time an issue came up unique to our store, the customer support was responsive and solved the problem, even if it was a tricky one that needed a personalized solution. I worked with Graham and he was polite and fixed every issue I brought to him and now the search is working exactly like we needed. I highly recommend this app!

This has got to be one of the best values out there. For $ 3.99 / month we are getting a very sensible and practical app which makes the website look more sophisticated and definitely enhances user experience, and, consequently, conversions.

What's even better is the incredible customer service. All our questions and tweak requests (color changes, font changes, etc.) were answered by Graham by e-mail within hours, with very clear and easy to apply instructions. It's no exaggeration that we've never seen such conscientious service. (And no, we are not getting any kickbacks for all this praise ...).

I can't say this strongly enough; if you are looking for a search and collection filter system this is the one you want! The app is solid, the customer service is fantastic, responsive, and they made multiple back end configuration customizations for me in record time, and I'm shocked at how inexpensive it is. 90% of the options out there are up to $300 a month because of the size of our inventory and I was searching off and on for months, and this just blows them out of the water. The ONLY thing I would say if asked to give a drawback is it takes a few more seconds for some heavy product pages to load, but we have over 20,000 items and dozens of tag groups with hundreds of tags, so that's totally understandable. Your typical shopify store should notice no major difference in load time. If our store can handle it with only a few extra seconds of delay, it will work perfectly for just about everyone else. I would gladly pay a little more for this app from an awesome developer!

Since we have several product categories and subcategories, we definitely needed a powerful filter and sorting app. This app provides EVERYTHING that I was looking for and MORE. The BEST part is, you can create your own attributes that you would like the products to be searched by or filtered on.

And the prompt response and help with customizing the theme to your liking is just OUT OF THIS WORLD. I am very very impressed with the level of customer service and the performance of this app.

Last but not least, for $3.99 a month this app is like winning a lottery. I haven't found a single app that is even close to this one and is for less than $9.99. I love everything about the app and the developers. Highly highly recommended if you have a ton of SKUs.

Best search app I've seen so far. It has exactly what one would need. And the support staff are very helpful and prompt in replies.

This is a great affordable app that does what it says on the tin. We had a few customisations that Graham helped with so efficiently. He is a superstar!

I use this app as i highly dislike that customers have to input full, exact words on shopify as standard. I had an issue with my paid theme and this app where the search stopped working completely.
I contacted shopify and the theme dev which took a week in total! they said to contact this app, so today i contacted them and they had the issue fixed within an hour and had it working better & faster than before!

Update - After changing theme we ran into some issues with shopify's native search appearing under the live search one. After a quick email the devs here changed it and it's back to working great again!

The team at Live Search are the most responsive of ANY app that we use! Over a period of a year or so, we have reached out to them on several occasions and they responded within minutes. Sometimes we go days without hearing from any of our other apps. We requested a slight tweak to the functionality of the app and Graham made it happen! We could not be happier with Live Search. :)
