We love our experience with! The shopping experience on the admin side is easy to navigate and utilize. Our customers love how easy it is to shop on desktop and mobile during the live shopping event, and that you can rewatch after the event is over! We had some admin dashboard views that were showing our products incorrectly but their support team corrected the error quickly.

Streaming quality limit of 720p looked really bad and made our products look fuzzy and muddy. After upgrading to the $99 standard version, we we're not happy to see a channelize watermark on our live shows.

Apologies Mathew for the confusion you had while using our Platform.

We noticed you used OBS with our RTMP Support feature, to Go Live for your Shopping Show with external cameras.
There are 2 possible reasons for the low-quality of your live stream:

1) The video Bitrate in your OBS Settings may be set to a lower value:

The video Bitrate for best quality should be 3500 kbps, and we recommend this in our Help documentation too.
So we need to check what was the bitrate with which you went live.

2) The streamed video quality is also unsatisfactory if the RAM or CPU of the computer on which OBS is running is low.

For customizing the Watermark on your Shopping Shows to contain your Brand Logo, or hiding the Watermark, you can do it easily from the "Settings" section of your Production Dashboard.

We have already shared the steps for that with you via mail.

My store conversion rate increased from 2.02% to 3.1% after I started shopping shows using app. Customers can add products to the cart during the live show or while watching the recording helps increase sales. I highly recommend this app. Beautiful UI is another plus point. Customer service is very prompt and they even consider new feature development based on customer recommendation.

The app works well, it's quite simple to use, at a very competitive cost compared to the others. Some things could be improved, like the product management during the event, but the customer support is excellent: they've heard our feedback and request, providing solutions to some little issues: they are always available. In the end, we recommend this app!

Definitely a 5-star app. Live video shopping through Channelize is easy and interactive. The tool does its job and the agent app works seamlessly. We are running our third show next week. Also, the support team is excellent.

Lots of promises were made but I found this to be very limited, no landscape mode, and the live stream video content is locked behind a complicated pay-wall (there is no simple method to download your own content). I found we are better off using an existing platform like Facebook or Instagram or using an RTMP service and skip this app altogether.

The concept of the app is great but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.

For both of them (Landscape Layout, Downloading Video), we have these features already available in our platform.

Landscape mode can currently be achieved using our Custom RTMP feature, and is already being used by multiple Shopify merchants.

This app has been a game changer with our online audience. We've been using it to promote our holiday products, gift sets and bundles. It's been a great way to connect with our customers and to answer their questions in real time. Prior to using the Live Shopping feature I was using IG stories to connect with our audience which didn't translate to sales that could be measured. I love the capabilities of this app and I have recommended it to all of my friends who sell their products online.

So far, so good. I have just added this app and hope to use it more. The UI is simple and intuitive. Recommend it for live shopping. The team have been extremely responsive and upfront in getting me going.
