Customer service is great, they take you through the steps of getting your store online and promoting you brand. The features of the App and the integrations are A1, I recommend this App 100%.

Great streaming quality and love the features. The customer service team is excellent, very quick and efficient. An excellent alternative to the more expensive apps for small business. No technical issues as of yet.

We have had really a good experience using this app! I must point out how helpful and quick the whole team was as we had some custom requirements and the Channelize team basically responded very positively to each and all of them! They implemented for us a way to find products based on their ID instead of their name. This was a problem to us, since we have several products with the same name, but they solved this very promptly. Also they helped us with adding a new language to the app, which we appreciate hugely! As we're continuing using this app, I'm sure that we will be able to provide more feedback and improvement ideas and I'm convinced they will be received positively like in all previous cases. PS: We appreciate all the support and quick replies we've received from Angshuman! Thank you!

This app has been a game changer with our online audience. We've been using it to promote our holiday products, gift sets and bundles. It's been a great way to connect with our customers and to answer their questions in real time. Prior to using the Live Shopping feature I was using IG stories to connect with our audience which didn't translate to sales that could be measured. I love the capabilities of this app and I have recommended it to all of my friends who sell their products online.

This is a really nice app for Live Shopping!
The customer service is phenomenal, the UX for shoppers are excellent and when the conversion tracking is soon added, I believe the tool will be a great sales channel for us. Keep up the great work!

Powerful app that meets our needs of simulcasting. On top of that the app has a lot of useful features that can help with customer conversion. Their sales and technical team were really responsive and helped me regarding our issues and queries. Highly recommended app for merchants.

My store conversion rate increased from 2.02% to 3.1% after I started shopping shows using Channelize.io app. Customers can add products to the cart during the live show or while watching the recording helps increase sales. I highly recommend this app. Beautiful UI is another plus point. Customer service is very prompt and they even consider new feature development based on customer recommendation.
