They kept charging us for the app after numerous emails to cancel the service. I was not able to uninstall the app from our Shopify store and they refused to refund the many months they continued to charge our account even knowing we were unable to get the app off our store. We are using Channelize for our Skincare Masterclasses. The shopping experience is seamless and doesn't distract our customers from the educational part of the video content. There are a few functionalities that could still be added to the app, like native multi-host support, upload of recorded videos, and minor video editing and trimming of the replay. But otherwise, it odes the job!.

I really enjoy the ease of set up, how quickly my customers were able to figure things out on our very first live, and I love, love, love the video quality.
