Streaming quality limit of 720p looked really bad and made our products look fuzzy and muddy. After upgrading to the $99 standard version, we we're not happy to see a channelize watermark on our live shows.
Apologies Mathew for the confusion you had while using our Platform.
We noticed you used OBS with our RTMP Support feature, to Go Live for your Shopping Show with external cameras.
There are 2 possible reasons for the low-quality of your live stream:
1) The video Bitrate in your OBS Settings may be set to a lower value:
The video Bitrate for best quality should be 3500 kbps, and we recommend this in our Help documentation too.
So we need to check what was the bitrate with which you went live.
2) The streamed video quality is also unsatisfactory if the RAM or CPU of the computer on which OBS is running is low.
For customizing the Watermark on your Shopping Shows to contain your Brand Logo, or hiding the Watermark, you can do it easily from the "Settings" section of your Channelize.io Production Dashboard.
We have already shared the steps for that with you via mail.

Lots of promises were made but I found this to be very limited, no landscape mode, and the live stream video content is locked behind a complicated pay-wall (there is no simple method to download your own content). I found we are better off using an existing platform like Facebook or Instagram or using an RTMP service and skip this app altogether.
The concept of the app is great but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.

For both of them (Landscape Layout, Downloading Video), we have these features already available in our platform.
Landscape mode can currently be achieved using our Custom RTMP feature, and is already being used by multiple Shopify merchants.
