We are using Channelize for our Skincare Masterclasses. The shopping experience is seamless and doesn't distract our customers from the educational part of the video content. There are a few functionalities that could still be added to the app, like native multi-host support, upload of recorded videos, and minor video editing and trimming of the replay. But otherwise, it odes the job!.
Live Shopping has helped us increase our sales and also bring us closer to our audience. We are planning monthly live shows for 2024. The set up is fast and the support team are very quick to help you.

Funciona bien y es fácil de usar. Ya hemos realizado dos live shopping shows y nos resultó perfecto.
The app works well, it's quite simple to use, at a very competitive cost compared to the others. Some things could be improved, like the product management during the event, but the customer support is excellent: they've heard our feedback and request, providing solutions to some little issues: they are always available. In the end, we recommend this app!
