Worked well overall, despite being very slow to load and a little visually buggy. However it has fully stopped working today, and after uninstalling and attempting to reinstall to fix the issue, it won't even do that. For me this app is now fully broken.

This is a great app that provides invaluable insights into visitor behaviour on our websites. The app allows you to watch visitors live in real-time or to watch recordings of past visitors. It really gives you a very clear idea of how visitors navigate your site and enables you to identify and address any shortcomings that become apparent or improvements that can be made.

Love it! I only wish that the recordings would show city also because it is hard to keep all apart when it only sorts after country.

Was working very well for 2 days after I installed it, but after that suddenly stop working and not even opens the app showing only a white blank screen. Customer care pathetic not even responds to my mail.

app suddenly doesnt record anymore and does not react. uninstalled. Otherwise very useful, gave me plenty insights!

Nice and helpfull app...but...after some time didn't work anymore. I try to reinstall but it is blocked. Show me error 500. I ask for help but after 2 weeks not response yet.

It wont work after 5000 video recordings, it wont allow us to install again and it keeps on reconnecting
