This is an OK product with limited Shopify integration. It doesn't pull in order history, cart info, previous orders or any other useful info about the customer. They do have an API that could potentially pass this data over but you would be required to hire developers and write your own private app to add this functionality. All their app does is what you could do by adding a little snippet of code to your template.

So we hardly write reviews on apps in general, but Live Agent goes above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. First, for i think $39 a month you get 3 support agents, unlimited email handling, Facebook handling, knowledge base, website forums, LIVE CHAT, live voice & video chat and the list goes on. If you used any other services (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, etc.) you'd be paying extra for integrations, plus it would be too expensive to feasibly have multiple support agents.

And on top of it all, they have an AMAZING support staff, on live chat 24/7, ready to help you with the dumbest questions you may have. OH! And the user interface for the agents is organized wonderfully. Other apps are just so darn confusing and always have a learning curve, this software just makes perfect sense! If you're using any other support software, I encourage you to use one of their API's to transfer all your tickets over to their platform and never look back. Live Agent has become an asset to the customer success of our company. Period.

Great app, our team was ready to use it immediately after the integration in our store. Live chat works very well, really like the chat invitation option.

It was super easy to setup. We were using two different softwares for email communication and live chat separately, but when found out what features and options LiveAgent offers we immediately switched to it. It not only saves us money but also time, so we can focus more on marketing campaigns. Price of LiveAgent seems reasonable, we recommend to try it if you're running an online store.
