LiveARf app is amazing and essential for those who sell oil paintings, like us. The user can preview the painting in different frames and rooms. The customer support is top notch, answering questions and solving issues very quickly. I definitely recommend this app.

Not professional as they keep imposing additional charges beyond the monthly subscription fee for what should be considered standard features that the app would be useless without.

A) we have highlighted the standard product is part of the SaaS pricing
B) we have highlighted we already subsidized more than $1000 work of engineering work. We can’t continue to do anymore. There are many of the components we have to do the enhancements for your needs. Pls, ask yourself if someone helps this much working from various timezones for 3 cups of coffee per month. You need to understand that your vendors also have costs involved in developing the work for you.
C) Just do 14 days of analysis with various Shopify partners and apps if they can do this much for you and at the cost paid to us so far.
If not please pay the $120 we asked you. And you can go live immediately.
