I cannot think of a reason not to like this company: 365/24/7 support, great interface, great UX, great staff!


We tested all the supposedly popular livechat chat apps and found them to be buggy and unreliable. Some had great web based apps and features. Others had good mobile apps but nobody had apps and features that worked reliably across all platforms. Live Chat meets high design! Aside from the obvious benefits of Live Chat, this particular app is really pretty from both the front and back end. I particularly love using the downloadable mac/pc app for all our staff.

The best Chat Integration going around! Prior to LiveChat we trialled and subscribed to a number of different Live Chat apps, but LiveChat is by far the easiest, cleanest and most robust we have used. It works well from the browser and mobile devices (mobile phones / tablets) via the purpose built app. We found this particularly good and much more stable than IM clients. The support provided is top notch too should you get stuck. There is also flexibility in subscription options so you are not locked in. This is handy for stores that a seasonal and want to have a LiveChat presence only at certain times of the year. Sure it costs a little more than others, but we think it's worth every extra cent. We couldn't recommend this app more highly!


My store is of the adult variety, and my customers are always embarrassed to ask questions, but with LiveChat I can't shut them up! So fantastic for having a sales conversation.. Just a few minutes chatting = MONEY!

I think the best feature of this app is the ability to watch your customers in REAL TIME as they browse your site. YOu can jump in and help them at any time. It's a wonder way to see what pages are HOT.. and what is not.

I have life chat on my other Shopify site www.NatureRelaxation.com. One other great thing I forgot is the ability to monitor who is browsing your site in real-time, along with where they were referred from, and their location. Pretty awesome feature!
