Their team is always available to listen to your needs and suggest new improvements for using the application. One of LivemeUp's major strengths is the quality of their service and the follow-up they provide. What's more, the application is constantly evolving and offering new features to improve the way products are promoted and the way customers understand them. The application is intuitive and easy to learn and set up yourself or with the help of the LivemeUp teams. Another of LivemUp's strong points is the personalized monitoring of the application: our account manager regularly monitors our lives to better understand the way we communicate and make suggestions for improvement. Finally, the team is available 24/24h, which is a really reassuring point.

This app in top notch. It was easy to use and if there were any questions, the team was right there to help me. They checked in on my progress, answered all questions, and provided informative help. The thing I loved about the app was that there was no need to have another platform to attend.

It feels like it is part of my storefront instead of going over to ticktock or you tube to watch the event.

My customers effortlessly added things to cart and by the end of my first live, there were a number of items sold.

This app is fantastic. Very easy to use and extremely clear. But the best part is the customer service. They are always quick to reach, and genuinely there to help. Every week, they check in to see if we’re going live so they can support us if needed. The owner even came all the way from France to watch us during a Live Shopping session. I’ve never used an app where the team is so invested in your business. Highly recommended. This is the future!

These guys have been fantastic to help integrate our shoppable videos on to our product pages. Plus the ability to broadcast on our site, across multiple platforms and now our app has been fantastic.

We have been using LiveMeUp for a few weeks now and it has been working great! We love the ability to go live directly on our website, where guests can directly shop on our lives. We love the replay features - the biggest being you can click on a product from the live catalog and it will go to the portion of the video where the item is being shown - so cool! Only suggestion would be to add in a shopping feature when streaming to multiple channels like Facebook, so people watching on Facebook can shop. Other than that, we highly recommend!
