No stars... but i had to select one to subit this. Its a really bad app and even worse support... the staff on the live chat (live chat by live engage (!) sent me to a support forum so someone else could do their job.. basically couldnt work out why i cant even log in.... let alone integrated to shopify as it is meant to. For my advice get tawk to - works perfect every time, and its free
