I used this app to assist with SMS convos and recover carts. Their automatic go to is to just give everyone discounts, which is just so lazy. That's not helpful to not only take margin from us AND offer discounts to a customer. Not every conversation reply needs to be "oh hey let me just give you a discount" In fact ZERO of the orders were recovered without the use of a discount. But to make matters worse, I am trying to cancel our subscription with this app, and they have NO way to do this! And no way to contact support to cancel. Just irritating.

Regarding our use of discounts to recover sales, we've actually taken your product request which aligns with other customers' requests, and are just about to release a new version of LiveRecover that doesn't require you to set up a discount. This is not the customer service you want. Email service support has not replied to you in over 4 days, and text service support has not replied in over 24 hours.
