The Live Session app is one of the best tools for understanding customer activity, offering a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation. Setting it up was quick, and features like session replays and heatmaps made analyzing user behavior seamless. It provides clear, actionable insights, helping to identify pain points and optimize experiences efficiently.
I am very pleased with the app. It enables me to see the customer interactions and see the potential resistance points.
The UI is very clean and intuitive, it has everything I need. Recommended!

We've been using it literally for about 7-8 hours, if not less. It's the best-made software we've encountered—we've tried at least 3-4 others. For now, we don't need the higher-tier subscriptions, but even the free version plus the trial they offer provides absolutely everything you need. We're extremely impressed; it's the best software on the Shopify App Store. Highly recommended!
