So glad that we found LiveSession Replays. Finally we are able to clearly identify any inconsistencies on product pages that are stopping conversions from happening. We've been using it literally for about 7-8 hours, if not less. It's the best-made software we've encountered—we've tried at least 3-4 others. For now, we don't need the higher-tier subscriptions, but even the free version plus the trial they offer provides absolutely everything you need. We're extremely impressed; it's the best software on the Shopify App Store. Highly recommended!
