I have downloaded the app, but when I go on my website it's not showing up. I need urgent help
Hi there,
We have already replied to your emails regarding the issue you may have and we are not sure why you didn't receive our emails. We will post the solution to your issue here as well. The chat box is not displayed on your website because the setting "Show only in pop-up", which can be found under Settings > Advanced it turned on. Please turn it off and click on "Update" button. When this setting is on, the chat box will not show up, until the website visitor clicks on a specific button or link, which needs to have a special CSS class, which can be set manually only if you have access to your website HTML code. If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will be more than happy to help.
I tried different chat apps. Some too pricey to upgrade since we don't use chat that often. The premium version was the best value. Customer service was great!
I recommend this app, highly! Super easy and simple to use. Allows you to customize to match your brand, and their customer support is always available. The app is super intuitive and straightforward.

This app is awesome means all the features are embedded in just a one app.It's user as well as customer friendly .We can send our attachment,having emoticons . Love it

Terrible app, i’m asking for support but nobody answers me it’s a shame! I have so many questions to ask and i opened a live chat where someone is answering to only one question i really don’t understand since it’s a LIVECHAT APP!!!

This app is not getting enough attention. I have tried no less than 5 different live chat/real time visitor monitoring apps and this one is the most concise, easiest to use that I've tried. It's also one of the least expensive ones out there. It was easy to set up and the few questions I had were answered immediately on chat with their tech support. It is also not filled with a ton of fluff you won't have time to look at when monitoring your visitors in real time. So far, I absolutely love this app and it's been the one I've been looking for, for over a year!
Have loaded this app just today and made several adjustments easily and quickly. Needed a little help and the support was quick and really helpful. Great app!
Automated messages do not pop up at all... after chat, when customer close the chat, the screen freezes, can not continue browsing not even refresh. Not for my store
Update 28/07/2020 Yes of course everything is working perfect.. until it doesn't. I tested your app with 4 phones (Samsung S8+, S9+, Lg G6 and G7) Samsung tablet A7, and 3 Laptops.. So after that i unistall the app. YES THE SCREEN FREEZES AFTER USING THE CHAT, WHEN WE CLOSE IT, YOU CAN NOT EVEN REFRESH YOUR PAGE TO CONTINUE BROWSING! WHAT IS THE WORSE IS THAT NOBODY ABSOLUTELY NOBODY ADMIT WHEN THERE IS A MISTAKE, AND THAT'S WHY I GIVE YOU FROM 2 TO 1 START NOW. Did You asked me to describe to you what happened so you can fix it and improve it??? NO!!! And this is a common problem, nobody wants to fix the issue. Yes it works fine in 80% of the time.. BUT WHAT IN THOSE 20% WHEN IT DOESN'T??? THOSE 20% OF US WE DON'T MATTER RIGHT? SO INSTEAD OF ASKING US WHAT IS THE PROBLEM YOU WRITE ME SOME ANSWER SAYING OH, EVERYTHING IS WORKING PERFECT WE ARE HERE TO HELP... So do you really think that all of us here when we write a comment negative or positive we do it for fun? NO!!! We do it because maybe it help somebody to see that his issue happened to somebody else. BUT YOUR DENIAL IS ASSAULTING!!!
We are really sorry to see your review. The reasons you don't see the auto messages could be that in your dashboard in auto messages settings, you can set it per page, for all pages, for mobile or to pop-up even when the chat has already started. Depending on these settings, the auto message will pop-up or will not.
Regarding the screen freezing issue, it could be triggered by some of your browser extensions or add-ons.
