Automated messages do not pop up at all... after chat, when customer close the chat, the screen freezes, can not continue browsing not even refresh. Not for my store
Update 28/07/2020 Yes of course everything is working perfect.. until it doesn't. I tested your app with 4 phones (Samsung S8+, S9+, Lg G6 and G7) Samsung tablet A7, and 3 Laptops.. So after that i unistall the app. YES THE SCREEN FREEZES AFTER USING THE CHAT, WHEN WE CLOSE IT, YOU CAN NOT EVEN REFRESH YOUR PAGE TO CONTINUE BROWSING! WHAT IS THE WORSE IS THAT NOBODY ABSOLUTELY NOBODY ADMIT WHEN THERE IS A MISTAKE, AND THAT'S WHY I GIVE YOU FROM 2 TO 1 START NOW. Did You asked me to describe to you what happened so you can fix it and improve it??? NO!!! And this is a common problem, nobody wants to fix the issue. Yes it works fine in 80% of the time.. BUT WHAT IN THOSE 20% WHEN IT DOESN'T??? THOSE 20% OF US WE DON'T MATTER RIGHT? SO INSTEAD OF ASKING US WHAT IS THE PROBLEM YOU WRITE ME SOME ANSWER SAYING OH, EVERYTHING IS WORKING PERFECT WE ARE HERE TO HELP... So do you really think that all of us here when we write a comment negative or positive we do it for fun? NO!!! We do it because maybe it help somebody to see that his issue happened to somebody else. BUT YOUR DENIAL IS ASSAULTING!!!
We are really sorry to see your review. The reasons you don't see the auto messages could be that in your dashboard in auto messages settings, you can set it per page, for all pages, for mobile or to pop-up even when the chat has already started. Depending on these settings, the auto message will pop-up or will not.
Regarding the screen freezing issue, it could be triggered by some of your browser extensions or add-ons.
Terrible app, i’m asking for support but nobody answers me it’s a shame! I have so many questions to ask and i opened a live chat where someone is answering to only one question i really don’t understand since it’s a LIVECHAT APP!!!
