Excelente atencion y buena app
I will try the app and then if it is not working well I will leave a follow up review otherwise it will be a perfect app.
So far the app is easy to use and is having a positive impact on the website loading times. Will be nice to get a custom icon.

Great app to enhance user experience for people using mobiles. if you can't get your mobile page speed up then this is the next best thing.
I used this app to help me with faster loading times so far it is working and makes my store look great

Hi, I am delighted to have found this mighty app. I am struggling to improve the speed of my site for a while now so this is something I really could do with. It is simple to use but if you have any questions then support is right there to make things clear, simple and human. P. Nikolov was very helpful and patient and gave me all the information and assurance needed. In fact I would go so far to say that I am not usually a fan of contacting support. I usually prefer to read information that is available but working with this App this is so much quicker than that and more efficient than wading through written information. I am using all of the options available during the trial period to see the full effect and impact. I will review this as I go along. Thank you very much indeed! Amanda
The app is pretty cool but fails in a lot of places to not be worth it.
First off, I got this app to help customers have a better transition to the checkout screen which has been slow on my site. Hope this will help, it, unfortunately, did not, and looks like it's an issue with Shopify and nothing Ninety9 can do. However, I found that the functions were cool and started playing around with them, I am getting a trial so why not explore As I was exploring and changing the settings and functions to how I liked them, I found there annoying glitch or issue, if you have set your setting the way you'd like it, but wanted to add some "add-ons" you unfortunately will have to redo all what you have set, because the app would go to "default" everytime you add on.
I am a person of feedback, you can take it as it is, or you can try to improve your site with customer feedback. So I replied to the chat I had, explaining how the reset to default every time I upgraded the app pissed me off, the rep N. Nikolov, was nice enough to not listen to the concern nor pay attention to what I was trying to say, telling me "You need to set up your settings only once after your upgrade", "It's just a few click"... I am sorry Nikolov, but a few clicks don't help the fact that I was unaware that the settings went back to default, so the featured I added to my site were not taken advantage of. This is a major issue if someone has a site that they "set it and leave it". What if I didn't know that the setting was put back to default for weeks or even months? I would be extremely pissed up.
So here's what you can do, listen to a customer if they are upset, stop dodging it, express your concerns, and try to figure out how to make it better. Update: One of the co-founders were nice enough to reach out to me and make things right, he was able to explain what happened and how they were going to fix the issue.
Since installing this app, I have received better customer interactions on the site.
