Ich habe die App ein paar Tage lang getestet und innerhalb des 14-tätigen Testzeitraums wieder deinstalliert. Trotzdem wird mir das Geld abgebucht.
Zur App selber: für 1,99$ im Monat würde ich sagen das passt. Aber für 10$ ist die App viel zu teuer! Hat wenig Funktionen und sieht nicht so stylisch aus.
Hallo, und danke für dieses ehrliche Feedback - und entschuldigen Sie die späte Antwort: Ich habe Loadify vor Kurzem übernommen und bin beim Durchsehen der App-Historie unter der früheren Führung auf Ihre Bewertung gestoßen. Unbeantwortet lassen wollte ich sie nicht.
Eine Abbuchung trotz Deinstallation innerhalb der Testphase sollte niemals passieren. Schreiben Sie mir direkt an neran@loadifyapp.com - ich prüfe das persönlich und erstatte jeden zu Unrecht abgebuchten Betrag vollständig, auch nach so langer Zeit.
Auch zum Preis: Inzwischen gibt es einen kostenlosen Plan, und das komplette Paket kostet $9,99. Wenn Sie Loadify noch einmal testen möchten, richte ich Ihnen gerne alle Premium-Funktionen kostenlos ein.
Ich wäre Ihnen dankbar, wenn Sie eine Aktualisierung Ihrer Bewertung in Betracht ziehen würden - Bewertungen sind für ein kleines Team wie unseres entscheidend. Das Angebot gilt aber so oder so.

At first, I thought it was a decent application and support. Well, after a few days, it turned out that this was absolutely not the case. The support team answered me in a way that was not appropriate at all and made me feel really bad. This is after I found a problem with the application in my store. I have never encountered such degrading treatment in the Shopify app store. Just shocking.
