Local Delivery

We've been using the app since about five years. As we had some trouble with the old version, they recommended us to update to a new version. So far so good. Since the update a few things are not working.
The support is really incompetent to help. We have been in contact now for two months. You wait at least two days for an answer, sometimes you don't hear anything for weeks. So far we have not been helped in any way. The support used to be really great. Now it's a disaster.

This app has been great for our online cake shop. It was easily customisable to suit our business and the customer service we received was outstanding. We have tried quite a few local delivery apps and find that this one is by far the best one.

Excellent app, amazing support. It really helped improve our customers' experience and made our work on the backend much more efficient. They are always working on improving the app with new features, and are very responsive and helpful whenever we contact them. Highly recommended.
