Route for local deliveries

Add one or more local delivery orders to the route and find accurate distance and duration estimates on google map.

Add more stops to route

You can also add other stops for pickup, drop-off and other stuff to the route with instructions for the driver.

Share route details

Share route details with the driver so they can navigate easily and update the status of the deliveries with ease.

Local Delivery Routes provides you the most optimized route for delivering to local customers.

You can simply select the orders for the delivery and generate an optimized route. You can also add more stops to the route for any additional work you want to get want the driver to get done. Simply add a stop with a custom note for the driver and it will get added to the route at its correct position. All selected orders and stops will get combined and an optimized route will be generated.

Pricing Details

You can subscribe to monthly plans or purchase route credits to create delivery routes. Routes can be shared with drivers and they can perform following actions.

Modify route

Allows the driver to change the sequence of orders and other stops.

Start Delivery

All Orders in the route are marked as In Progress.

Start Fulfilment

The order is marked as fulfilled on Shopify.

Mark an order as Out for Delivery

The customer receives an email and SMS notifications (as per your settings on Shopify) that their order is out for delivery.

Mark an order as Complete/Delivered

The customer receives an email and SMS notifications (as per your settings on Shopify) that their order has been delivered.

Mark an order as Missed Delivery

The customer receives an email and SMS notifications (as per your settings on Shopify) that a delivery attempt was made but failed. The order will get marked as unfulfilled on Shopify.

A password-protected driver's page is generated for each route which allows the driver to see all the stops in the route and navigate to each one of them easily.

A must to use app for merchants carrying out last mile fulfillment/local delivery by themselves. This app helped us reduce our workload in our last mile delivery phase of our order fulfillment process mainly in routing and updating our customers with notifications at each stages. Im glad to have found this app for my store.
