The customer service is no joke!

This is my 3rd delivery app (due to the others not being compatible, too difficult to understand or lack of help) Local Delivery + Pickup was neither of these.

First it was fairly easy to plugin to my website, however when I did come across an issue the customer service team responded in a timely manner + hopped on a Google Meet call to walk me through it. Turns out it was a very simply solution but they took the time time to make sure I was confident with the platform. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Where do I even begin!? After hours of research and installing different apps to meet our requirements needs, this app has surpassed all of our requirements in just 10 minutes! But what speaks more volumes is their customer service. I can easily reach out to their live chat support if I have any issues or questions as I'm working on my store using their app, and they reply within seconds and are truly remarkable teammates who are dedicated in ensuring you have the help you need.
