It is a nice simple delivery application, definitely a good start, but it NEEDS the ability for the customers to sign for their delivery, and for the driver to leave notes. We will continue to use Circuit for Teams for now, but hope that you guys will add some more basic functionality that all other delivery apps have.

Great if all your orders are local delivery, but when you put an order through manually you can't choose local delivery, which means you can't add the order to the delivery route.
also needs to rethink using google maps a check as google maps is so wring so much of the time, you have to budget the customers addresses to add them to the route. could do with some work in my opinion.

Everything is working great with this app, only wish you that after you mark an order as ready for delivery, it will automatically be added to a list on the mobile app. Also wish there's a shortcut on the Shopify sidebar menu, instead of keep looking for it in the apps every time you want to make a route. Still do love this app and will continue to use it.

Not too happy, the app goes on all products which makes it hard for me because some of my products are from a different vendor. I should be able to put which product can be locally delivered.

A lot of potential, you guys need to work on a few things to make it faster for sellers to fullfill orders. We sell food and time is very important. I can´t mark as paid on the local delivery app.

This app has a lot of potential but still needs tweaks to compete against other last-mile delivery services. A few things the app is missing: - Text messages sent to customers when deliveries are on the way with ETA synced up our GPS. - Being able to mass select deliveries to route vs. having to click each on each route I run an e-grocery business so being able to let customers know about ETA is extremely timely since produce needs to be taken in and kept refrigerated upon delivery

3 star because of the concept and idea. Really good idea to improve productivity, Few issues
The app freeze and and never could create a list, also we were lockdown in the app and could not go back to the admin unless we restart the device.
another issue was the some of our customers could not pass true because their address was no verify by google.
We hope all this issue can be fix to try again.

needs to sync with a delivery date and time picker so customers can choose when they want their products delivered. I have a third party booking app that does this but the local delivery app did not display or sync any of that info.

Great idea. But functionality isn’t working for us:
1. Moscow Russia can’t verify location address
2. If clients don’t enter post code (sometimes they don’t know or put 11111), Local Delivery option won’t show up during ordering process
3. It would be much better if we could manually sort which orders go into local delivery... For this we would like to see ALL orders on map. And manually check which would go into Local Delivery so our courier would see it

We are sorry the address verification is not working for you. We are looking into ways we can improve support for more addresses globally.

We are also starting work to make it easier to ensure you are able to treat any appropriate order as a local delivery order.

Couldn't use this app because there is no ability to create shipping rules. You can add only one rule for the entire inventory. No product profiles, no price tiers, and no shipping speed. Hope this gets better.
