We tested this app. There is no option to manually add orders to a delivery route makes this app not usable for us. Looks very promising but seems to lack any serious ways to customise. Quite sad given the potential.
Dev said there would be features added in the coming week and were are months in with nothing added that would help small local businesses. July 2, 2020

A reply from a dev back in july saying local delivery zones would be added which is something local businesses need to expand further to deliver further out but we cant.

This app fails when trying to explain the setup. I get the hard back pat of "no-code-needed", but they lack install directions for basic UX needs- How do you set a location the app recognizes? No info. How can you set up a location for orders it recognizes? 0 troubleshooting. It doesn't adapt to regular usage, meaning you need to resubmit all orders, or find a workaround.
This would be a great app if you only work within 1 location and set it up before launching your store... Otherwise, pay for the pleasure.
I find the app/local delivery option pretty useless. I cannot set a free delivery above certain price level. I cannot add a time/date picker... If a customer orders above an X amount, the post delivery is free of charge. But if they select the local pickup, they have to pay for the delivery. Doesn't make sense.
We're having the same issues as The Box Café, from the UK. It doesn't work here in Brazil. It would be great if you guys could make it work in other countries than Canada.
This app looks very nice and offers very useful functionality; unfortunately it doesn't work reliably.
It supports selection of the local delivery area either by distance from the store or postcode selection. Unfortunately, the distance calculation fails for some perfectly valid addresses and tells the customer they can't have local delivery even though they are just round the corner from the store (ticket 18373431 refers). The postcode selection probably works OK in Canada, but it doesn't work in the UK because it only supports simple prefix matching and UK postcodes are not fixed format - and the upper limit on the number of postcodes is too small to list all valid postcodes.
Then when it comes to actually placing orders on the map, it insists that the addresses customers enter must be "validated" and instructs you to go and change them if they fail this validation. However, there's no way to work out what constitutes a valid address, and if you can't make it valid then the app refuses to add the customer address to the delivery list - and so you can't trigger the email notifications for "out for delivery" or "delivered" even manually. (ticket 18836818 refers).
If they actually fixed these bugs then I'd give a 5-star rating, but at the moment it's unusable.

FREE APP - means low quality. Please beware. Go get a paid app that can do 100x better than this. Very bad planning and tech backup for this to be operating at 4 or 5 star level. need so much improvements.
This app checks all the right boxes for our business! We need the capability to create multiple delivery zones that we deliver to each day of the week. We offer free delivery over certain amount, but would be nice to charge for local delivery under that amount instead of simply shipping courier with all those orders. Will give this app a 5 star later, but for now 1 star as it needs some extra capabilities for us. Have reached out to shopify and will see if they get back with solutions for our business. Edit 1. So far working great! Do have an issue with verifying addresses. Would be nice to verify them in the delivery list. Edit 2. Its October now an basically nothing has changed on this app. Very disappointing! I was hoping this app would solve a lot of our fulfillment and delivery problems but so far it doesn't function for us.
