The translation quality is close to excellent but of course it comes with a price which is not exactly cheap. It's still very fast and extremely cost effective compared to hiring a translator. Great way to avoid all the back and forth when communicating with an agency.

Customer service is also good, lately we had an issue with translations messing up liquid code in some templates but this was resolved fast.
