ONCE AGAIN, Shermelia IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! THOUGH THE APP IS NOT 100% PERFECT, BUT RUBY IS REALLY PATIENT AND HELPFUL! THE CS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND CAN SOLVE MANY PROBELMS MANY TIMES AT LAST... IN ALL, Shermelia IS VERY VERY PATIENT AND SHE HELP ME MANY TIMES.

So far so good. Shermelia was very helpful! For free it is a great app. I would recommend it so far.
