The auto translating function is great! But our shops and products have some words and descriptions which are very hard to translate from Mandarin to English. However, the team replied very quick and supportive! Made us feel very confident by using this app.

I love the app! The automations are good and everything is ajustable. I can make a translation easily with this app.
Customer support from Nona was great! She helped me really fast to connect my store with the app and now translation is all set
i use this app and there were some issues on my store but they helped me solve it and were patient with me. i really recommend this to every business owner on shopify that needs help with translation on their store.

This app has great customer support when you need it. I just started using it, and it works great. Recommend as a translation app.
Wonderful tool, I love it, it's easy to use and have all what I need. I was able to translate all my pages easily without big knowledge of the tools.

日本語と英語のサイトを作りたかったのですが、翻訳は自分でするので翻訳機能はいりませんでした。CSVを使うよりも楽に翻訳作業ができて、見やすいし、しかも無料で満足です。翻訳精度は使ってないのでわかりません。
