Amazing live chat supports, they are always there for you. For the app itself if it could integrated to chatgpt or adjust the tone and style of the translation that would be more convenience.

OK, 1st time leaving a review. I have been looking for a translator app and tried a few before finding this one. First of all, my second language is spanish and the other translators I tried translated automatically from english to spanish horribly wrong. I had to change everything! The free version of this app is manual translation so it gives you all the parts of your page in a friendly format for you to translate it yourself. The thing that gave me trust to use this app is that they automatically translated only a section of my theme page (because thats all it will do for free for english to spanish) but incredibly precise with minor corrections and I will have to translate my page into other languages and will have no idea if it's correct. But since it did spanish so close to perfection I am trusting that any other language will also only have minor corrections. Also I think that the plan of $9.99 is a just price for translating your page in up to five languages. Also compared to other apps that translate your page this had the best price for the amount of words they automatically translate. And finally their customer support was outstanding and helped me out with any question I had. The flag wasn't changing correctly form english to spanish and I gave them access to my page as collaborators and they fixed it immediately. I hope everyone has the same positive experience as me. I will keep you all posted with how the other languages turn out. (both Chinese, Japanese & Korean)

It's useful and easy to use! It would be better if the currency/language can be auto converted according to the user's IP.

My experience is so bad i am facing an issue and i sent alot of emails to support team first they replied that this issue is not in our end you should talk to theme support team and after investigation from theme support team, i sent an email again to app team but every time i am getting the answer that our developers are still investigating and i am trying to get the solution since more then 1 month. i don't know how much time they need to resolve one query.
