I do not recommend it at all! They installed malware on my website and it was not easy to clean. I found out because of google ads warning.
I do not know if it is the responsibility of the app or who but it has given me problems.

Update: The malware issue is a false positive of Google ads for our language selector. We have updated our Translation selector. Now you need to add the code to your theme to enable this feature. So there won't any malware/adware issues anymore because the language selector will be considered as a native plugin, not third-party software.

great customer support and great app. totally recommend it. i had an issue with the review translation and the support resolve it straight away.

I downloaded and started using the app yesterday. Translation is done quite well, even though, from English to Italian there are some minor things to fix, which I don't mind, I rather prefer to edit anyway to make my text perfect.
Another point I wish to enhance is the support team, they are great!

Nice app. The help is very quick and supportive. Japanese translation is not perfect, but could be fixed manually.

It worked well for a few days. However the automatic updates didn't work. The customer service experience is awful.

The bottom line is i have to translate everything manually in their app....what's the point??!!!!

Support is not helpful and have no constructive solutions for you.
Our shop in germany in google is now transplate in english and the support dont solve that problem. For every shop owner loosing money
