The customer service is really good as they actively reply my inquiries. Though the translated page cannot follow perfectly the template of the original page.
It is really very good app. Awesome customer support. Very happy for there service. Like to use on other website as well also tell every one to use it. Fantabulous service desk. Within on time that also free of cost.

Shermelia was incredible! Top notch support who not only explained what needs to be how done, but also helped me and did many things in my place! Amazing app, amazing customer support. Not too familiar with source code, and even that I was assisted with! Guys, if you are looking to integrate a multi-language app, ET Language Translate IS THE WAY! I just started this app today and at once got so much help from Shermelia from ETranslate to translate my shop into German language. Also Shermelia fixed an old bad translation and made a good one into Swedish. So I am so far very satisfied with this app.
