I will like to say a big thank to Shermelie who make her best to help me fix my issue. Finally the problem wasn't from their app but from another third party app. Etranslate provide a so professional service and they're so kind. Thank you to Etranslate team
When I first installed this app everything was smooth and running very well on the live website, until I ran out of " words " for automatic translation. I didn't buy any words and started to do the translation manually. Now because I don't have any words, I can't update the online store pages content from Shopify Admin Panel nor manually update to the website languages. When I reached out to support they said : You need to buy " Words " in order to keep updating your pages content or manually update the translated content. But then made me wait 48 hours so the page content can be updated, after the 48 hours passed they had not even updated a word. Pure SCAM, Low functionality with limited options and a very Bad customer Service as sometimes I swear it feels like am speaking foreign language with them not English.

・自動翻訳で翻訳してくれる割合が高くはない。当然かもしれないが日本語特有の表現の翻訳の精度は低い。
Great customer support even in the free version! I'm very excited and satisfied. Got help within minutes via live chat support even on holidays.
This app is great for being free. It helped us translate our entire site quick about 10 pages and does a scan to locate works to scan no manual entry.

It's the perfect app. If you want to pay, you can pay and buy words; if you want to do manuel translate, it also allows that; if you want human translation, you can also buy that. Also when there is a problem, customer service is just working perfectly
