Excelletn support team and very good and easy to use app. However the impact on the store's speed may be revised as I think there are still some consequences..
Very quick response whilst still on the free trial for the growth plan, got some specific advice on translating content in 3rd party apps. Going to try it now!

Fantastic support. Had some different issues and support (Ruby+Shermelia) is always there for you, very patient helping you through your problems. Such a great thing with online 24/7 chat support. The app itself could use a bit more in usability, as many translations are just ranged in a non readable text/numbers line, so you have to guess which line is for which translation.
Update: I was told that the data they receive is not allowing them to make it different, so not a problem with the app.

Do not use this app App will mess your tags! After translate 1000 products deleted all tags!!!!!!!
