I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you. It was never our intention to cause confusion or make the process feel unfair.

I want to sincerely apologize for the unexpected charges and the lack of clarity around the translation feature. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’re taking it seriously as we work on improving both the app and how we communicate pricing.

With our previous conversation through customer service, we were able to walk you through the words that needed to be translated and explain how much word credit was required in total. We also customized a word credit package specifically for your needs to help reduce the cost as much as possible.

To make this right, we’ve processed a refund of $194 to your account. Once completed on your end, you should see the amount reflected in your original payment method shortly.

We hope that through our communication, we are now on the same page and everything has been clearly and comprehensively explained. We truly apologize for how this situation made you feel, and we appreciate your patience in giving us the chance to correct it.
