I actually liked this app as it's rather simple and straight forward, however found some issues and tried to get support before deciding to go for the subscription plan, no one reply, guess the customer service is not their priority so have to uninstall it and leave a review. In case anyone is interested what the issues are, so can make an informed decision before install this app: 1. If there are multiple items in one order, it will trigger as many "out of delivery" and "delivered" emails to customers, even the products are located in one location and delivered at the same time. So in an extreme case like my test order, I received 12 emails in total, not great. 2. When choose "out of delivery" it automatically display on the order status page that shipment will be arrived in the same day and there is no way to hide or change such information. I might reinstall this app in the future if they fix the issues, but for now have to uninstall it as to not bombard customers with multiple email notifications.
