Hi ,
I uninstalled the app on the 8th and I've been charged on the 13th nov. Not sure how to reach you for refund !

Sorry, we only receive notification of the review after 24 hours, it is best to reach out to our Support Email and we reply mostly within a few minutes if you have emailed during UK business hours, contact us via email and we can help you, Billing is handled by Shopify directly, but will be happy to help you with the refund, We have super quick support, only issue is someone has to actually reach out to us first :) instead of a Review!
