App malfunctioning and locking all products - no response from support - I have lost a LOT of sales due to this today - not happy

I apologise if the app caused you lost of sales. But the reasons for locking all products maybe due to one of 3 ways to lock the products. You may lock a product individually ...

I’ve been looking for a dedicated password protection for my site and the past few days was frustrating until I come across Locket.
