I used this app to make certain products only accessible via a secret link. It's easy to use and works perfectly!

It does what it says. Locksmith has definitely played a huge role on my website to hide price tag unless customer has logged in which is an impt feature. Customer support is absolutely fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. One of the best customer service I have received from Shopify. Thanks alot.

We were previously running an inferior competitors app to locksmith (because of the price) and wow what a headache. The customers could still find my locked products (all for wholesale purchase only) in the search bar and I must say: it was quite embarrassing. Wholesale is for wholesalers not for the general public! Not only did the competitors app not work but it was also extremely difficult to use. So difficult that I had to reach out to the customer service and request help. They still couldn't hide my collection. Locksmith is simple - so so simple. Just a few check boxes to click and immediately my wholesale collection was locked completely! Take a look, I bet you can't find it!

Highly recommend this app - and more importantly - this team! The app is robust and does exactly what I was looking for, and then some! I've needed to use tech support twice (both because of my error and misunderstanding) and they were quite responsive and polite. I'm thrilled to finally have a way to achieve what I wanted without having to completely re-do my entire website. Can't be more happy with Locksmith and the team behind it.

I'm still in the trial period, but Locksmith seems like a great app. I think it will help me figure out a way to give someone access to a hidden part of my Shopify store if they purchase a specific product from my store. I'm really excited because it seems to be exactly what I need.

Good app, does what its supposed to. I'm not a developer so I don't know what goes into the day to day, but I feel the app is overpriced.

Similar apps (those that just add code to your website) are typically around $5 or $6 USD, which seems more reasonable.

The reason I gave this 3 stars is because after I stopped using it, it still blocked some of my products. I was driving ads to some of my pens, but the sales just stopped. It took me a while to realize that the app was making it so those products wouldn't show up, even though I cancelled the service and "unlocked" the products.

If you just check to make sure your products are appearing you are good to go.

Great customer service.

Appalling support. Must of sent over 5 emails still no reply. Really frustrating. Can someone get back to us?
