I have used the original version of Locksmith on a site for 3 years. I set it and forget it. Now, on a new site, I see the price has gone up to a GREEDY level, considering everything Locksmith does you can do with 10 lines of code. The admin portion is also a disaster with so many helpful little things getting in the way of me just checking some boxes like a normal human being.
Even the messages section took a step back, with just a paragraph of unformatted text, instead of a nice redirect to create an account or log in.
Hipsters have to make money though so they can make hipster promotional videos.
It does what it says. Locksmith has definitely played a huge role on my website to hide price tag unless customer has logged in which is an impt feature. Customer support is absolutely fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. One of the best customer service I have received from Shopify. Thanks alot.
Ken was absolutely amazing offering over and above customer service promptly and effectively, even over the Christmas/NY period. The app works perfectly! Thanks guys!
I'm still in the trial period, but Locksmith seems like a great app. I think it will help me figure out a way to give someone access to a hidden part of my Shopify store if they purchase a specific product from my store. I'm really excited because it seems to be exactly what I need.
Great app, I have it on two sites presently and it works exactly the way I want. The support is very good as well.
Appalling support. Must of sent over 5 emails still no reply. Really frustrating. Can someone get back to us?

This app does exactly what it says and what I needed it to do, fast and simple. I also reached out to dev and got a response in about an hour answering my question in full and even more-so. Keep up the great work!
SUCH a great app! Love the functionality and love the customer service! We use it for multiple actions and every one works GREAT!
Found it easy to use, we will be back using this app very soon. We took it down temporarily because we had some unknown bug in our site.
An easy app to use to create a separate section of the store. I ultimately went with something else that didn't require making duplicate products, but this is a great solution if you don't mind duplicating products.
