love this app - opened up a whole new avenue of business for us! We needed a place to sell products we couldn't post publicly due to medical restrictions

Easy to use and Ken is super helpful whenever we have any issues or questions. Everything always gets sorted the same day.

Great for two reasons:
1) The app works and is very easy to implement. Does exactly what is needed.
2) The "pay what feels good" pricing method is great and they are actually open to reasonable pricing suggestions. We suggested another price, still reasonable, with our explanation why we felt it was fair. Very quickly, we could come to an agreement about a monthly price that suits both sides.

Would recommend this app. Great app, great support.

Locksmith is exactly what we needed for our wholesale store. They have recently added functions that are even more helpful, so I appreciate them always working to offer the best options. We get a lot from the low cost it is given at.The customer service is excellent, and a shout out to Erica for always giving me clear information on what she is doing and instructions for what I need to do.

Exceptional customer service and a brilliant product. Very beneficial for business and offers more opportunities for secret collections, VIP access, and other variations we hadn't even thought of to make our storefront engaging, elevated, and unique. 10/10! Huge ups to Tristan!

The app works exactly as promised. I initially experienced some cache issues with the Firefox browser, but that had nothing to do with the app itself. The support team provided excellent and timely service. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to restrict access to parts of their shop.

I would recommend this app. The app developer work with you to figure out if/how this app can work for your store or not. Keep in mind you may need a few days to get it dialed 100%, but the devs will work to deliver you a working solution.

Darn Locksmith for being too good! Due to Shopify''s fee structure on sales, I subscribed to a higher plan than I probably needed. Which meant that I was placed into a higher tier than I'd hoped for Locksmith. The dilemma is, I couldn't bring myself to reach out to ask for a lower price due to how well their plug-in works!
You see, I offer custom products that I only want people to be able to add to their carts (since I despise invoicing as I also have an expansive catalog) AFTER I send them back a proof of what I'd be making for them. Locksmith gives me the peace of mind of protecting my custom products from ordering ahead of a request which is invaluable. It also works with Shopify's app which of all the plug-ins I've had to subscribe to, is the only one.
Alls this to say, if you need to restrict products, I HIGHLY recommend Locksmith as it's been invaluable to my sanity and business model!
