I never leave reviews but I really wanted to shine a light on this app, no shopify store should be without it! B2B have both been absolutely phenomenal with handling every single request that our team has made with very quick turnaround times, and not a single issue has been unsolvable.
The chat team and developers behind the scenes worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a working, aesthetic password page that matched the vision we had for our store, without compromising functionality or reliability. The extra details like being able to use multiple passwords will definitely be a feature that we utilize soon. We were very grateful that every custom request we made (custom fonts, custom page placements, custom colours etc) were all easily handled by Josephine Dao and Luan HV, Huan NV and we were kept informed every step of the way.
Overall we couldn’t be happier with the final result, and we’re very relieved and pleased to have found a suitable app for our needs, with a team that we feel confident will be on hand to handle any further requests if they’re needed. It works pretty well, and easy to use. This week I changed my website domain and encountered a little problem with the app. Thanks for the assistance from Jonas Nguyen and the tech guy Dang NM , they got this issue solved within only one hour. I wonder which institution he has graduated so that he's really excellent in the technical issues. He even helps me to hide the price before I request. He and Joy even guide me to set up things well in detail, though I have read the user guide and there are many words so there might be parts that I can miss. I am really impressed with the assistance I received with this app from Jonas and Cao! I needed to have client-specific pages under lockdown and also needed to have the header/footer of my site hidden. That option within the app wasn't hiding the header/footer, likely because of another app I was using for the header. However, Jonas and Cao worked some magic and got it functioning properly, plus they modified the password screen's appearance to look better with my theme. It was beyond what I'd expected, but I'm very appreciative and look forward to continued use of this app!
